It should be noted that Cavounda has not provided childcare since becoming registered. However, she does want to keep her registration open. There were no children's files to review since she is not currently providing childcare. Suggestions/Recommendations: A re-check is not needed at this time. Corrections need to be made by 11/14/24 and will be reviewed at the next annual compliance check.
