S4 was observed playing a game of solitaire on her phone as the Specialists walked into the classroom from behind her. S4 put her phone away once she saw the Specialist. Based on observation at approximately 12:30 p.m., S12 failed to have the room #7 free of hazards as there was 6 boxes of equipment that were set up and being put together in the classroom.
