Based on observation, interview, and record review, The licensee did not comply with the section cited above. At 9:30am, during the inspection reviews, and interview. LPA observed Lysol’s wipes, under need the children’s sink, one of the staff members is stop a child to open the cabinet, when the child attempted, which posed a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
