Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA observed a male individual who was not associated to the facility present while children were being dropped off for care at the facility. Male individual was identified as Carlos Yanez which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 02/05/2025

Per Licensee, armed guard was hired May of 2024 per parents request, to provided security and protection during hours of operation which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
