Standards. Conditions in the home are safe, sanitary, and free of hazards. Although not determined out of compliance (as far as safety and hazards) the home was cluttered, a bit messy and the floor needed to be swept. Chenia and I did talk about the condition of the home and the need to have it cleaner which Chenia seemed to agree with. Suggestions/Recommendations: A re-check is not needed at this time. There was animal feces in the child's designated playroom. Chenia did note that they have not been using that space for a while as it is not heated and has been cold. On this date the children were playing in the living room and dining room areas. She did pick up the animal waste while this worker was present.

“a” All medicines and poisonous, toxic, or otherwise unsafe materials shall be secured from access by a child. Chenia did have some cleaners under her bathroom sink that were in access to the children. She did move those while this worker was present.
