      Based on the three (3) staff interviews conducted and a review of the outdoor learning environment it was observed that two active anthills had been present on the playground while children were in care. Violatio

      It was observed that a monthly outdoor inspection completed on October 1, 2025 did not have documentation reflecting the two (2) active anthills
