On 2/17/2026, C1, exited the classroom at 8:46 a.m. She walked through the direct exit door leading onto the playground. At 8:48 a.m., S6 was passing the door and observed C1 outside and alone on the playground. S1 was assisting a child at the sink while S2 was changing a child's diaper.
