Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the facility failed to ensure no children be left without supervision which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. C1 went back inside the classroom to use the restroom without supervision while all children, staff, and parent volunteers are outside area. POC Due Date: 03/18/2022
