      Based on analyst observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as she has not been documenting the conducted fire and disaster drills every six months as required which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care. Per staff, last disaster drill log documented on 10/19/2023. POC Due Date: 06/18/2024

    • Indoor Activity Space (B) The Floors of All Rooms Shall Have a Surface That Is Safe and Clean. This Requirement Is Not Met as Evidenced By:CCR 101238.3(b)
