      A copy of the NC Summary of the law was in the child's file but was not shared with the parent on or before the first day of attendance. Violation confirmed corrected by follow-up visit

    • Minimum Staff/child Ratios and Group Sizes for the Number and Ages of Children in Care Were Not Met.

      In classroom 1, there were 12 children ages 2-3 years old. Two three year old children were moved to classroom 2. Violation corrected during visit
