      Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. While touring the outdoor activity space at 11:30 a.m. LPA observed four cans of paint on top of the counter near the children's hand washing sink. The paint cans read "Warning! Harmful if inhaled." Assistant director stated the maintenance worker left the paint out which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 03/01/2024
