      Based on record review and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Staff 1 (S1) has a current criminal record clearance with a different licensed facility. However, the licensee did not request a transfer of a criminal record clearance for S1 so that the criminal record clearance could also apply to this facility, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
