Based on observations and interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA observed classroom to have a door that is unlocked and can easily open by the push, which that leads to the side of the building. LPA advised Maria that door should be made inaccessible to the children. Per maria door locks from the outside only, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
