A..B.: Based on the record review/interview, at 10:45 a.m., S1 failed to have documentation that 2 of 7 staff on the premises and accessible to children had current certification in Infant, Child, and Adult CPR through a trainer approved by the Department. S1 (expired 8/30/2025) and S5 (expired 8/30/2025) failed to have the current CPR certification. Corrective Action: Effective 10/22/2025, S1 stated that she will set a 30-day calendar reminder for the staff trainings before the expiration to ensure compliance with this regulation.
