S1 (expired 8/30/2025) and S5 (expired 8/30/2025) failed to have the current CPR certification. Corrective Action: Effective 10/22/2025, S1 stated that she will set a 30-day calendar reminder for the staff trainings before the expiration to ensure compliance with this regulation.
