      has already been issued by the facility, publically posted and issued to parents of the children in care. The plan calls for taking the affected faucets out of use and placing a "Do not use" sign on them until removed. Children bring water bottles from home and refill as needed. 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 The facility Sample ID15700525 M - Drinking fountain in the rear yard was tested and a Lead Action Level of Exceedance Response of more the 5.5ppb. This poses a potential health, safety and personal rights to the children in care. 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 Director must submit proof to LPA via email, that the water fountain has been removed. The documentatin must be submitted to LPA no later then 03/14/2023.
