The plan calls for taking the affected faucets out of use and placing a "Do not use" sign on them until removed. Children bring water bottles from home and refill as needed. 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 The facility Sample ID15700525 M - Drinking fountain in the rear yard was tested and a Lead Action Level of Exceedance Response of more the 5.5ppb. The documentatin must be submitted to LPA no later then 03/14/2023.
