      Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above LPA reviewed records indicating closure of afternoon session on September 7, 2022 for lack of water, nor was the issues with unsafe drinking water reported to CCLD, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
