      Based on LPA Clayton observation of a "baby group" class consisting of a class leader, 5 moms and 5 infants ages 4 – 6 months in the Lady Bug room (a licensed day care classroom). Per Director Cindy, the baby group classes are conducted 2 days a week, for 1.5 hours since September 2025, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
