      Based on record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. 2 staff SHANI ROSENBAUM and MELISSA MARICICH did not have fingerprint associations to the license. Director stated they attempted to send transfer requests to Licensing Office when staff were hired in 2018. She was under the impression they were associated.
