Based on record review at approximately 3 p.m., S1's, director, duties failed to consist only of administrative functions when the number of children in care exceeded 42 as there were 55 children at the center and director was performing classroom teacher duties. S1 returned to her administrative duties at 4:30 p.m., when children were picked up and classrooms were combined. Corrective Action: Effective 5/27/2026, S1 stated that additional staff will be hired by 6/5/2026, to provide S1 with the ability to solely perform administrative duties to ensure compliance with this regulation.
