Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there was 1 volunteer with current criminal record clearance or exemption that was not supervised while providing care and supervision to children in care. This volunteer additionally had enough child care related units to be considered a fully qualified teacher if they were employed by this facility.
