    • Diaper Changing Surfaces Were Not Cleaned with a Detergent Solution and Disinfected After Each Use.

      Diaper changing tables in the two's class and Tots classroom were very dirty and had not been sanitized after each use. There were toys on the diaper changing table in the toddlers clas

    • All Stationary Equipment, More Than 18 Inches High, Was Not Installed Over Protective Surfacing.

      On the pre k playground area there was a large climber that did not have at least six inches of mulch around it. There is a second large piece of equipment that needs slides at the bottom
