Areas of the program facility were found to be in need of cleaning. (Section 10, number 1) FSC observed majority all air vents and exhaust fans in need of cleaning. Per director, all air vents and exhaust fans will be cleaned immediately. Air vents and exhaust fans were cleaned before the completion of this inspection.
