There were no daily attendance records or they were unavailable for review by the licensing authority. CCF Handbook, Section 7, B.4 Counselor observed that the facility does not have daily attendance records. Facility was missing attendance record for the week of October 14-12, 2024. The facility explained that they did not have attendance records because they were busy with picture day. The facility is not in compliance with Florida standards. Counselor give technical assistance to provider: Each of the records described in this section must be maintained at the program location and must be available during the hours of operation for review by the licensing authority: Daily attendance of children records must be maintained for a minimum of 12 months. Counselor give facility a weekly attendance record to fill out by teachers. Facility resolved the daily attendance on 10/17/24.

A ratio of [one] child care personnel for [six] children is required. A ratio of [one] child care personnel for [eleven] children was observed. s.402.305(4), F.S. Counselor observed staff member C.M. supervising 11 VPK children which included her 1 1/2 year old daughter. This was corrected at the time the teacher and her daughter left the classroom and the VPK teacher took over the classroom. 2.3 Ratios The staff-to-child ratio, as established in Section 402.305(4), F.S., is based on primary responsibility for the direct supervision of children and applies at all times while children are in care. 2.3.1 Mixed Age Groups A. In groups of mixed age ranges, where children under one year of age are included, one child care personnel must be responsible for no more than four children of any age group, at all times. B. In groups of mixed age ranges, where children one year of age but under two years of age are included, one child care personnel must be responsible for no more than six children of any age group, at all times.
