      Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two preschool classroom are out of ratio. Four seasons classroom had 22 preschoolers and 1 teacher and 2 aides. Forest classroom had 17 preschoolers and 1 teacher and 2 aides which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 02/17/2026
