1727.A. Based on record review at 11:45 a.m., S1 failed to provide documentation that all staff completed the annual online child abuse and neglect Mandated Reporter Training provided by DCFS. The Specialist observed that 8 out of 9 staff had Mandated Reporter training. S6(9-28-2023) did not have Mandated Reporter training. Corrective Action: Effective 5-12-2025, S1 stated she will monitor training expiration dates and remind staff of needed updated trainings , to ensure compliance with this regulation.
