C1 was supervised briefly by S30 who was supervising 17, 3-year to 4-year old children , before exiting out Classroom #12 front door at approximately 8:50 a.m. and walking to the front office. The required ratio for four to five year old children is 15 children per 1 staff. One additional staff was needed to satisfy ratio. Ratio for the children was corrected at 9:50 a.m. when C2, age 4 years old was moved to classroom #2. Corrective Action: Effective 01/07/2026, S1 stated she will do random walk-throughs throughout the day to ensure compliance with this regulation.
