to LPA Water outlet in room 24 is not available to children. Classroom is closed. 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 Based on observation and review of Lead water testing samples taken on 3/23, revealed that levels of lead were beyond allowable amount deemed by the State of California. Room 23 water outlet had a lead exceedance levels of sample "D" at 7.3. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care. 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 Facility will make repairs, notified famiiles of the lead testing and will provide LPA with a copy of the notificaiton by 5/28/23.
