Standards. Conditions in the home are safe, sanitary, and free of hazards. The home was not unsafe given the ages of the children in care at this time. However, there was food particles spilled on the floor, loose change and other items that could be a choking hazard for younger children. The floor in general was quite dirty and needed to be swept.
