      Based on record review at approximately 10:30 a.m., S1 failed to have documentation that staff, S5 and S9, had current certification in pediatric first aid and CPR within 90 calendar days from the date of hire and prior to assuming sole responsibility for any children. · S5 was hired on 11/11/2025, and should have completed training by 2/11/2026. This could not be corrected during the inspection. · S9 was hired on 3/23/2026, and has until 6/23/2026, but was supervising 10 three to four-year-old children alone during the walk-through of the center.
