    • “ B” Of These Eight Children441 IAC 110.14(1)

      “ b” Of these eight children, not more than four children who are 24 months of age or younger shall be present at any one time. Of these four children, no more than three may be 12 months of age or younger. Findings: This worker arrived to the home and noted six total children with five of these children under the age of 24 months. Provider is over her allowed number of infants for a category B provider. A complete tour of the home was completed noting that her emergency contact posting was missing two children’s information.
