Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) observed that the carpets in each of the three classrooms (Rooms 30, 32, and 33) had dirt marks and stains throughout. LPA also observed the the colorful carpets in each classroom, which are used for circle time, were highly stained with dirt marks/dark stains. POC Due Date: 03/21/2025
