      “ g” The home shall have at least one 2A 10BC rated fire extinguisher located in a visible and readily accessible place on each child-occupied floor. Findings: This worker arrived at the home on 10/24/22 to find four children present. Two additional children arrived while this worker was present. Kerri reported that she currently has eight children enrolled but typically only has 7 at any given time. On this date Kerri had 6 children present. She did have 5 children under the age of two and only one of them was under the age of 12 months. She did show this worker an exception to policy that was granted for her to have one extra child under the age of 24 months until 12/31/22. We did discuss...
