THIS IS AN AMENDED VERSION OF AN ORIGINAL REPORT. Based on observation, the facility did not comply with the section cited above in that there was no protein served for the lunch meal. It consisted of rice, green beans and salad with dressing. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 09/15/2022
