      Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. LPA was unable to review a sleep log for C1 and C2. C3 had a log available however the documented checks are being conducted every 30 minutes. POC Due Date: 07/20/2023

      Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care.
