Based on record review at 12:00 p.m., S1 failed to have documentation of current CPR/Pediatric First Aid within 90 calendar days from the date of hire and prior to assuming sole responsibility for any children for S3 (DOH 8/22/2024), S7 (DOH 10/2/2024) and S14 (DOH 9/16/2024). This was not corrected prior to Specialist departure. Corrective Action: Effective 6/3/2025, S1 stated she will schedule trainings when new staff is hired to ensure compliance with this regulation.
