      Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. While touring the outside play area at 9:45 a.m. there were 32 preschool age children present. LPA observed an unlocked shed. Inside the shed, LPA observed Windex and Lysol All Purpose Cleaner that reads "Keep Out of Reach of Children" which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
