Based on observation the facility was out of ratio in the main area. The ratio would have been 9:1 with youngest being 2 years old. Which is in ratio. However that teacher leaves the area to check parents in and out and answer phone. This was observed multiple times during inspection. Therefore the facility is left out of ratio when teacher leaves the area. Answer 4 poc questions in regards to plan to maintain ratio when teacher has to leave area to help parents.
