During lunch recess on 5/23/2024, there were 42 children from 3 through 6 years of age mixed together in the outdoor play area. On 5/28/2024, there were 33 children ages 3 through 6 mixed together on the playground. The maximum group size when 3 year old children are preset is limited to 30. One child care staff member's Consent and Disclosure form was the Michigan Department of Education form instead of the correct CCBC form required by the law. Two child care staff members who were re-fingerprinted did not complete new Consent and Disclosure form.
