      Based on LPA records review and Licensee interview, Licensee Sandra Olivio has been the new director for at least the past 6 months. Licensee stated she was not aware of submitting a Director's Packet to Child Care Licensing for review. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 12/15/2023
