      During the walkthrough observed that the baseboard heaters were missing a cover piece that goes over the sections of the heather where they connect. The missing covers expose the metal heating element and they are accessible to children. The classrooms with the missing baseboard heater covers sections are Tiny Tadpoles room 109, Tiny Turtles room 120, Butterflies room 127, and Fossil Finders room 210.
