Garden boxes in outdoor area between outdoor activity spaces on stairs, wooden bench in upper outdoor activity space and wooden cabinets in children’s bathrooms are falling into disrepair at the corners and under the sinks. which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
