Based on record review and interview at 2 p.m., S1 failed to have documentation of certification for staff, S2 (DOH: 01/13/2026), in Pediatric First Aid and CPR within 90 calendar days from the date of hire. S1 stated she scheduled a training class in March that was cancelled, and S2 was unable to go to the training class scheduled in April. S1 stated she stays with S2 in the classroom at all times.
