S7's first day present was 07/16/2025. This could not be corrected prior to the Specialist's departure. Corrective Action: Effective 10/07/2025, S2 stated she will have S7 complete the DCFS Mandated Reporter training, and she will create a checklist for all new hire orientation trainings to ensure compliance with this regulation.
