They could only supervise 14 children. There needed to be 1 additional staff present. This could not be corrected prior to the Specialist's departure. Corrective Action: Effective 04/16/2026, S1 stated she has hired an additional staff member, but is awaiting the CCCBC-based determination of eligibility.
