    • Staff-Infant Ratio (D) There Shall Be One Teacher to Every 12 Sleeping Infants Provided the Remaining Staff Necessary to Meet the Ratios Specified in (B) Above Are Immediately…CCR 101416.5(d)

      Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed one teacher and 15 infants napping in 1's Nap Room which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 08/01/2023

    • Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision for Infants (B) Staff Shall Physically Check on Sleeping Infant(s) Every 15 Minutes and Document the Following: This Requirement…CCR 101429(a)(2)(B)

      Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Sleep Logs are not maintained for infants over 1 year old. Assistant Director stated she thought it was only required for infants under 1. LPA noted technical violation was issued during 2022 inspection and safe sleep regulations, sleep logs were discussed. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 08/01/2023
