      All interior surfaces, equipment, materials, furnishings, and objects with which Two black plastic storage boxes were observed to be cracked with sharp edges. One box has a large metal bar sticking out on the inside of the box.

    • Each Child Care Provider

      Each child care provider, household member, employee, volunteer caregiver shall have an intradermal tuberculosis test & results prior to giving care.

    • Direct Child Care Providers

      Direct child care providers, including volunteers, shall receive training in the Seven staff members missing documentation of current Universal Precautions training
