Based on observation, interview, and review of the record, the Center did comply with the section cited. One of the employees, S1, has worked at the Center since July 2023 and failed to transfer their criminal record clearances to the facility. The presence of an adult working at home without a criminal record and child abuse clearances presents immediate health and safety risks to the children in care. POC Due Date: 04/24/2024
