Meghann needs to obtain a current vet statement for her bird to have on file. This needs to be completed using the State vet form I shared a copy of. Birds only need the initial visit, and do not need this form completed on an annual basis. 2. Meghann was using an assistant Reese who is not yet approved on her Registration. Meghann needs to apply to add Reese to her Registration and have her approved before using her.
