The children in the latch key program did not wash their hand before eating snack. The site supervisor in the latchkey allows children to leave the area of supervision and use the bathroom, which is located at the end of the hallway, near double doors which lead outside. There are individuals in the building who are not cleared on the CCBC and have access to children while they are alone going to and from the building.
