      will be submitted to the department no later than 08/23/2024. 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 LPA observed 7 preschool children in room 4B with two staff member during today's inspection. The room was previously licensed as an infant room. Room 4B is not an approved room for the preschool. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care. 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 Failure to correct the cited deficiency(ies), on or before the Plan of Correction (POC) due date, may result in a civil penalty assessment.

    • Alterations to Existing Buildings or New Facilities- (a)Prior to Construction or Alterations, the Licensee Shall Notify the Department of the Proposed Change(s). This Requirement…CCR 101237(a)

      will be submitted to the department no later than 08/23/2024. 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 Facility altered classroom #1 to make it bigger by taking over the church's office spaces during December when the facility was closed. Faciltiy also expanded the outdoor activity space that is located in front of the toddler room. Both alterations were not reported to licensing.
